WHY THE OLD APPROACH STOPS WORKING

After 40, The Rules Change. Most Programs Are Still Playing The Old Game.

Maybe this sounds familiar. You're wide awake at 3am, and the alarm still goes off at 6.

You walk into a room and forget why you came in. You read the same sentence twice.

You're eating the way that always worked, and your body stopped responding.

None of that means you're lazy or broken. It means the rules changed.

If eating less, doing more cardio, and pushing harder stopped working, you did not fail. The plan did.

Here's what actually changed:

A body in menopause needs a different strategy. That's the whole reason Menopause Ready exists.

THE OLD GAME
Eat Less.

Cut calories harder, feel exhausted, and lose muscle right along with the weight.

THE NEW GAME
Fuel Your Strength.

A protein-forward meal plan made for this stage of life, so your body has what it needs to build.

THE OLD GAME
Do More Cardio.

Hours on the treadmill while strength, bone, and metabolism keep sliding.

THE NEW GAME
Lift First.

Coached strength training rebuilds the muscle that drives your metabolism all day.

THE OLD GAME
Chase The Scale.

One number decides your mood while your body composition drifts the wrong way.

THE NEW GAME
Change Your Composition.

Build muscle, lose fat, and feel it where it counts: your clothes, your energy, your posture.

THE OLD GAME
White-Knuckle It Alone.

More willpower, more restriction, another restart every Monday.

THE NEW GAME
Coaching, Plus Women In The Same Stage.

A coach who knows your name and a group who gets exactly what this season is like.

You do not pay today. The $67 is only paid at orientation, and only if you decide to continue after orientation.

Reserving is free and takes about 2 minutes. Nothing is due until you've met the coaches and heard the full plan.

Your Program Starts At Orientation. Not When You Click Reserve.

Five-Star Google Reviews From Real Local Members

Menopause Ready is a new program. The coaching behind it is not.

These reviews are from real members coached by the same team you'll meet at orientation. Same coaches, same room, same standard.

THE SESSIONS AND WHERE TO SHOW UP

You Don't Have To Be Ready. That's What The Coaching Is For.

Every session is coach-led, supportive, and built for real life, not an idealized version of it.

You don't need to be in shape before you start. You don't need to know your way around a gym. You just need to show up, and your coach takes it from there.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU RESERVE

Quick answers.

Is the $67 really the full price?

Yes. It covers [RED: the full X-week program] plus the Menopause Ready Meal Plan. No hidden membership, nothing added on. [RED: keep only if the local price check holds] For comparison, one personal training session usually costs more than this entire program.

Do I have to pay today?

No. Nothing is due today, and there's no credit card anywhere in the process. The $67 is paid at orientation, only if you decide to continue.

When does my program start?

At orientation, on the Monday you pick when you reserve. Your spot is held for that specific Monday.

What happens after I reserve?

You'll get a confirmation email and text with your orientation details right away, plus a reminder before your Monday.

How long is orientation, and is it a sales pitch?

About [RED: 30-45] minutes, and no. You'll meet your coach, see the space, and walk through the program and the meal plan. At the end we ask one question: do you want your spot? Yes means you pay the $67 and start. No means no, and we part friends.

How do I pay the $67 at orientation if I continue?

Card, cash, or tap to pay at the front desk. It takes about a minute, and you pick your first session before you leave.

What if I reserve and my plans change?

Just tell us. We'll move you to the next Monday that works, or pass your spot to the next woman on the waitlist, no hard feelings.

What happens when the [RED: X weeks] end? Am I locked into anything?

No. There's no contract, no auto-renewal, and no card on file to charge. If you want to keep training with us after, we'll talk about it then. That's a fresh decision you make later, not fine print you agree to now. [RED: adjust if the client's end-of-program membership offer changes this.]

I think I'm in perimenopause. Is this for me?

Yes. Menopause Ready was developed for every stage, peri to post. Starting in peri is actually ideal: the strength you build now carries you through everything that follows.

I'm years past menopause. Did I miss the window?

Not at all. Post-menopause is when strength training matters most for muscle, bone, and energy. It's never too late to start.

I've never lifted weights in my life.

Perfect, most of our members hadn't either. Every session is coached, every exercise is shown, and the weights start where you are.

Will lifting weights make me bulky?

No. Visible bulk takes years of specialized training and eating for it, on purpose. This is the other kind of strength: the kind you feel carrying groceries, climbing stairs, and standing taller. Coached, gradual, and matched to you.

How much time does this take each week?

Sessions are [RED: XX minutes], [RED: N] times a week. In and out in under an hour. No homework workouts and no extra hour of cardio on your own. The meal plan is built for real weeks, not perfect ones.

What if I get a hot flash in the middle of a session?

You pause. Water is close, fans are on, and stepping out for air is always fine. No one will make it a thing. You're training next to women who know exactly what that moment is like.

Will I be weighed or measured at orientation?

No. There's no scale at the door and no fitness test. If you ever want measurements later to track progress, that's your call, not a requirement. [RED: confirm with the client that orientation truly has no weigh-in before publishing.]

I'm on HRT / working with my doctor on menopause.

Great, keep doing exactly that. Menopause Ready is a fitness and nutrition program, not medical treatment. It fits alongside whatever you and your doctor decide.

Where is [RED: GYM NAME] located?

[RED: address + parking note.]
